Candace Pilgrim provides Astra Equity with the precision analysis needed to be a successful real estate acquisition firm.  Her real estate journey began with single family rehabs and rentals, private lending, and solo-401k investing. In 2018, her concentration shifted to multifamily acquisitions, where she excels in underwriting and asset management. Candace is also the co-founder of Multifamily Women’s Mastermind where she works side-by-side with many of the top women in the industry. 

 Jeremy Porto has been investing in real estate since 2008. With a civil engineering degree from the University of Virginia and leadership experience as a special operations pilot in the United States Air Force, Jeremy is well suited to handle the high level of detail and focus required to handle our team's negotiations and acquisitions.  With over 500 units in 4 different states in the southeast, Jeremy's experience and perseverance positions Astra Equity as a leader in the multifamily space. 

  When your investment strategy involves renovations of apartments, there can be no better partner than Rich Trepanier. Rich is the President and Co-Founder of Gage Multifamily Services, a Texas based Multifamily Renovation General Contractor.  Rich brings Astra Equity over 15 years of multifamily renovation leadership experience, successfully completing over 1,500 multifamily renovation projects throughout the United States. Rich works diligently throughout the due diligence, acquisition, and implementation phases of our projects to ensure our projects receive quality, experienced oversight. 

  Combining 30 years in business, growing and running a $30MM+, multi-unit franchise, Stuart began his real estate investing in 2005 in the world of single family homes and small commercial properties. Understanding that cash flow is king, multifamily properties that offer consistent cash flow and upside has become Stuart's primary real estate focus. Stuart works closely with our partners to provide opportunities and foster strategic growth.
